With a B.A. and M.A. in psychology, Debby brings a strong foundation to her work to create a supportive and understanding environment for the people she works with. Her decade-long tenure at Stanford University exposed her to the diverse experiences of people from around the world, highlighting the pressures to succeed and meet high expectations in their work life, home life, or both. She finds joy in witnessing her clients’ personal growth and success. She is currently working on obtaining a Certificate in Mental Health Coaching and will become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness coach by August 2025.
Debby lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, three children, and their two fur-baby rescue dogs, Chip and Kita. Gardening, reading, and exploring nature are among her favorite pastimes. She loves to write when inspiration strikes (e.g., blogging and journaling), and peruse vintage shops and bookstores. Fun fact: She always wanted to learn how to play the piano and taught herself how to play in her early 40s – proving to herself that you’re never too old to learn something new.
